Our complete series Straight Side Four-Point / Two-Point / Single Point Mechanical Press Stamping Line / tandem press line is for universal purpose, which can perform various kinds of cold stamping processes for sheet metal parts, such as fine blanking, forming, bending, proofing and shallow drawing etc. Presses of this kind are indispensable machines for automobile industry, agricultural machinery, light industry, electric appliance, textile machinery, aviation, shipbuilding and national defense industry, etc.

For JH36 and JH39 two point and four point mechanical presses, the main drive system consists of the five transmission shifts rotary in reverse direction, the high speed transmission is herringbone gear, the connecting rods are furnished with guide bushes.

The reliable control system is supported by double channel redundant mechanical and electric cam, the presses feature a state of the art driven technology, modern appearance and high reliability.

The Main Features
1). The main drive system consists of the five-transmission shifts rotary in reverse direction, the high speed transmission are furnished with herringbone gears, these arrangements plus connecting rods with guide bushes are standard for both 2-point presses and 4-point presses made in SINOMI. And offer the lowest noise level and elimination of the lateral force. Double-channel redundant control is realized by means of mechanical cam and electronic cam. High quality clutch brake unit in single house or combined structure is controlled by twin-safety valves. The drive system can be powered by AC/DC motor or high slip motor with M-V-ribbed belts.

2). The framework is steel welded structure with stress-free treatment. The crown, uprights and the bed are connected together by hydraulically pre-stressed tie rods, the positioning and assembling accuracy between these components are guaranteed by precise square-positioning keys. The whole press frame features high rigidity and stable accuracy for long term and decades operation.

3). Slide is in rigid steel-welded box type structure, it moves along the extra long eight-fold guide way, this brings high eccentric load resistance and precise movement. The die height is detected by the absolute rotary encode, adjustment is driven by solenoid braking motor with upper/lower limit switches. Die height can be set and read on HMI or by means of manual regulation. Through protection considerations include ultra-torque protection function, lubrication and position. The automatic overload protection system consists of high quality pneumatic pumps and unloading valve. Quick die clamping system is available per choice.

4). Consists of the bolster plate, cart, wheels and driven system. Movement of the bolster is driven by variable frequency motor; the maximum moving speed is up to 12m/min. moving direction of the bolsters can be front travel, lateral travel or "T" travel per choice. For the bolster with inner ejection pad design, the pad can be ejected by internal lifting system or an external lifting platform; which is very convenient for ejection pins replacement.

5). The drawing cushion is composed of the cushion pad and guiding, cylinder units and control, the driven style can be pneumatic or hydro-pneumatic, and force of the cushion can be adjusted automatically to the value preset on the touch screen. The cushion stroke automatic regulation and cushion locking system for subsequent pull back are available per requirement.

6). There is watershed filter in place of the general air supply to prevent the moisture in the circuit. High quality distribution valves are furnished at each branch circuits with high reliability and tidy arrangement. The system functions stable air pressure control and automatic pressure adjusting for the balancer and cushion.

7). The press control system is basis of PLC, with cam angle monitoring and display, force monitoring and tonnage display, automatic die height and cushion stroke setting functions. The fault self-diagnosis and relative information can be transferred and printed out. Further intelligent technologies include real time status, lubrication, work piece counter, operation presentation showing on user friendly HMI. The driven system can be powered by standard high-slip motor with soft starter and anti-reversion rotary system, or AC/DC speed control technology. The Profibus control, remote service via net, full automatic die changing technology are standard function modules as per client choice.

8). The lubrication for the main driven system and guide ways is automatic progressive thin oil closed circuit, and is intermittent style for the balancers and cushion. The oil is filtered by tertiary filter to ensure the cleanliness of the media. With oil level, oil pressure and frequency monitoring system to ensure the safe operation of the equipment, whenever there is any clog point or error in the lubrication system, the press will automatically stop.
