The multilayer press is the key equipment for the final molding of copper-plated printed circuit boards. This automated production line is a 24-layer double multilayer press automatic production line. It realizes the domestic production of advanced multilayer press for the first time, filling the gap in the technology of vacuum multilayer press in the country, breaking the dependence on imported advanced multilayer press, lowering the threshold for investors and making great contributions to the development of the industry. It is of great significance to ensuring the security of the supply chain of the printed circuit board industry and achieving the independence of key industrial machine tools.

Purpose:

• Applicable to pressing of printed circuit boards (PCB) and copper-clad printed circuit boards (CCP).

Technical features：

• The high-strength solid body with infinite fatigue life design is used. The overall deformation of the body is minimal, which ensures uniform pressing;
• Adopt advanced non-contact hot plate loading/unloading technology, energy-saving servo-hydraulic system, which can maintain pressure for a long time under vacuum, high temperature and high pressure conditions, with small pressure fluctuation and high pressing precision.

Composition of the production line:

This production line mainly consists of two 24-hole hot presses, one 24-hole cold press, loading/unloading units and secondary furnaces. The maximum pressing temperature is 300°C.
