Automated production line of hydraulic presses for large plugs

Product details：

This automated hydraulic press production line has been successfully applied to deep drawing forming in satellite shells, petrochemicals and large plugs. It realizes efficient and flexible production of high-quality large plugs using hydraulic presses. This line solves the problem of multi-point and multi-zone pressure control in deep drawing forming, reducing the wall thickness variation of products from 20% to 10%. It also reduces the defect rate in single-run drawing of complex thin-walled parts by 50%. This line can replace imported analogs and is characterized by high precision and automation.

Purpose:

• The main application is cold and hot pressing of carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel plugs. The total rated force of hydraulic presses for hot pressing of plugs is 8000 kN ~ 200000 kN, and for cold pressing of plugs is 6300 kN ~ 120000 kN.

Technical Features：

• Floating crimping edge technology improves the quality of plug formation.
• Internal and external ejectors are provided. The internal ejector is located in the center of the lower beam and can be automatically rotated after ejection.
• A device for quickly changing drawing matrices has been installed, allowing for quick switching between matrices to form plugs of different sizes.
• A quick-change device for crimping edges is installed, allowing quick switching between different crimping rings.
• The device of automatic plug feeding, automatic positioning, automatic oil application and automatic unloading is installed, ensuring automated production with loading and unloading.
