The main body of the products in this series can move along the length of the long work table. The work table is equipped with devices for lifting and turning the products, and the support for straightening can move. The rotation of the products, the horizontal movement of the turning device and the movement of the support are carried out by a hydraulic or electric motor drive, which reduces the labor intensity of moving the products.

• The main application is the technology of straightening large and medium steel pipes and parts with long shafts.

Technical Features：

• A press step is installed under the hydraulic press press. The main hydraulic press can move along the length of the working table.
• The work table is equipped with two supports that can move along the length of the work table.
• The work table is equipped with two devices for lifting and turning products, which can move along the length of the work table.
• This equipment allows the supports and press step to move left and right, as well as lift and rotate the products, which facilitates the straightening of large steel pipes.

Additional options：

• The use of servo motor and pump system instead of traditional hydraulic and electric system can save about 80% of electricity and about 50% of hydraulic oil, almost completely eliminate noise, eliminate the need for a cooling system, and achieve stepless speed adjustment.
