Indirect Thermoforming Process:
The plastic is first pre-formed by cold stamping, then heated to austenitizing temperature, held at that temperature for some time, and then placed in a mold with a cooling system for final hardening while maintaining the shape.

After the pre-forming of the plastic, the subsequent thermoforming process does not require special attention to the properties of the plastic during high-temperature forming, which ensures complete hardening of the plastic and obtaining the required martensitic structure. After the plastic is pre-formed, processing such as edge finishing, bending, perforation, etc. can be carried out, which can avoid the difficulty in processing the plastic after quench hardening.
