This series of products adopts frame structure or four-column structure, and can be equipped with oil heating system, steam system, pumping system, and left and right safety doors and front and rear automatic up/down doors according to process requirements. High-speed descending proportional servo systems are adopted, and parameters such as exhaust position, pre-pressure, pressing force, etc. can be set during the pressing process, and remote diagnosis function is available. Mainly applied in the injection molding technology of automobile interior trim parts. This hydraulic press can be equipped with servo motor + pump drive, realizing energy saving of more than 50% and noise reduction of 10-30dB.
